Welcome to Creekside Student Residence

We are an International Student Residence
with an excellent downtown location, within walking
distance of many of the schools and colleges in the downtown
area.
Our typical guests include:
1. Foreign students studying English (E.S.L.);
2. Art, Film, and College students (Emily Carr), (V.F.S.),
(V.C.C.); and
3. Travellers with Working Holiday Visa's.

Our rooms are furnished with a bed, a desk, and assorted shelving.
For your convenience we also have
- free wireless Internet
- laundry with coin operated ($2) washer and drier
- big communal kitchen with 2 fridges, stove, microwave oven,
long dining table, TV, and couch
- the study room on the second floor overlooking the park
- bicycle parking and backyard with patio.
The manager is available daily from 6 pm to 8 pm, except Saturday.
The rent is $360/month, including all utilities. Minimum stay is
3 month.
